T and Gumbo

This is the beginning sketch to some art work that I have been wanting to do for my cousin for a while. This is a nice picture of them two that I altered a bit so that they were looking directly at each other. 

My Brothers Tat design

This is the start to a redo of a tattoo design that my big brother has been wanting for quite a while now. He wanted a sort of guardian angel figure. I wanted to draw a woman who looked strong, assertive, and at the same time somber. Kind of a " don't mess with me, I mean business." look, but still have that feminine quality about her. I wanted her to look like she could use that sword and shield if she needed to.

I also thought it would be neat if I threw some viking elements in there. ( we are descended from them so it works.) I didn't look at a viking helmet though... I kinda just drew it.  Haha.
